Creativity has always been part of me.
Discovering an appealing medium (cover-art and tape) to manipulate happened later in life while checking-in on friend and finding him steeped deep in magazine collage art work. A tad bit befuzzled, it was not until he mentioned that the cutting and putting back together again calmed his nerves and anxiety, and reduced his stressed.
“No kidding?” I said.
“No kidding,” he said back while I examined one magnificent piece of artwork after another. “You should try it,” he said without even picking up his head or pausing to take notice; and so I did and I’ve not stopped since.

Why Vinyl Album Collage Art
The audio is Noel Gallagher, chief songwriter, lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the rock band Oasis, and the clip is sampled from the documentary Squaring the Circle. The flick is about Storm Thorgerson and Aubrey "Po" Powell who form the iconic album art design studio Hipgnosis and become rock royalty during the 1970s.
Noel is talking about the beauty of vinyl cover art and its timelessness.
